Billing and complaint follow-up

If your issue involves a charge, receipt, renewal, or refund request, include the receipt email, the account email address, and a short description of what happened.

CueDraft support handles the first review and billing follow-up. When a refund or payment record needs to be processed by Paddle as merchant of record, CueDraft will coordinate that path and keep the buyer updated in the same thread.
