CueDraft starts the one-time 21-day Pro Trial automatically on the first successful CueDraft Mac sign-in so you can evaluate the workflow before paid access begins.
Cancellation
Subscription actions are handled in the customer portal after sign-in, so you do not need to chase down a manual cancellation path.
Refund handling
If you purchase the wrong plan, encounter a billing problem, or need a refund review, contact support@cuedraft.com promptly with the account and billing details.
Refund requests are reviewed by the CueDraft team rather than hidden behind an unclear checkout flow.
