What does Pro include?
Pro includes CueDraft Assist, Quick Fix, Advanced Actions, custom instructions, presets, history/compare, profiles, hosted providers, and CueDraft Engine for on-device work on macOS.
Does CueDraft keep my text local?
Yes by default when you use CueDraft Engine. Selected text only leaves the device when you explicitly switch to a hosted provider such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
How does the Pro Trial work?
CueDraft starts a free one-time 21-day Pro Trial automatically on the first successful CueDraft Mac sign-in. No credit card is required to begin it, and web login or the customer portal do not start it.
Do I need API keys?
Not for CueDraft Engine. For hosted providers, bring-your-own-key requirements depend on the provider configuration you choose inside CueDraft.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and subscription changes live in the customer portal after sign-in. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges.
How do refunds work?
CueDraft offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. If you contact support@cuedraft.com within 30 days of the original charge, CueDraft support will review the request and coordinate the refund through Paddle as merchant of record when it qualifies under the policy. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless there is a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or another exceptional case.
Will CueDraft work in the apps I already use?
CueDraft is strongest in browser fields, docs, notes, chat, email, and other everyday text workflows on Mac. The compatibility page explains the best-fit environments and where workspace-first use is the safer choice.
