Terms

Plain-language terms for using and subscribing to CueDraft.

These public terms explain what CueDraft is, how subscriptions renew, how cancellation and refunds work, and what both sides are responsible for in practical use. Checkout-specific billing details and customer-portal records remain authoritative for billing actions.

What CueDraft is

CueDraft is a native macOS AI text-action app designed for selected-text actions, review, revision control, and placing approved results back into the source app.

CueDraft is currently sold as one Pro subscription with monthly and yearly billing options. The product may include on-device and optional hosted-provider workflows inside the same editing experience.

Trial, billing, and renewals

CueDraft offers a one-time 21-day Pro Trial that starts on the first successful CueDraft Mac sign-in. No credit card is required to begin the trial.

If you subscribe, monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Subscription status, current plan, and active billing details are visible after sign-in.

Paddle as merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all CueDraft orders.

This means Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, and refund execution for CueDraft purchases. CueDraft support remains the first contact for product questions, billing follow-up, and refund requests, and checkout-specific billing records and receipts may therefore reference Paddle.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in the customer portal before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively unwind a period that has already been billed unless a refund is approved under the public refund policy.

The public Refunds & Cancellation page explains the 30-day first-purchase money-back guarantee, renewal expectations, and how to contact support for billing issues.

Account responsibility and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in access, and using CueDraft lawfully.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in customer, legal, compliance, medical, financial, or other high-stakes contexts. Do not use CueDraft to abuse third-party services, violate policies, or automate harmful or unlawful activity.

Service boundaries

CueDraft aims to be reliable, but it cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, or suitability for every text surface or workflow. Optional hosted providers and external services can also affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, CueDraft is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product. Support, billing, cancellation, and refund questions can be sent to support@cuedraft.com.
