Refunds & Cancellation

Understand trial, renewals, cancellation, and refunds before you subscribe.

CueDraft’s public buying flow is designed to reduce surprises: the Pro Trial starts on first Mac sign-in, Pro subscriptions renew until canceled, Paddle acts as merchant of record at checkout, and the refund window is stated publicly before checkout.

Pro Trial

CueDraft starts the one-time 21-day Pro Trial automatically on the first successful CueDraft Mac sign-in so you can evaluate the workflow before paid access begins.

No credit card is required to begin the trial, and web login or customer-portal access by themselves do not start it.

Subscription renewals

CueDraft Pro is sold with monthly and yearly billing options. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

If you cancel, access continues through the already-paid billing period and then stops before the next renewal.

Cancellation

Subscription actions are handled in the customer portal after sign-in, so you do not need to chase down a manual cancellation path.

Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want the next charge to go through.

Refund handling

CueDraft offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. If CueDraft is not the right fit, contact support@cuedraft.com within 30 days of the original charge with the account and billing details.

CueDraft support handles the first review and billing follow-up. When a refund qualifies under the policy, the refund is coordinated through Paddle as merchant of record. Renewals are generally non-refundable, but billing mistakes, duplicate charges, and other exceptional cases can still be reviewed by CueDraft support.
